Welcome to the Westbourne Cricket Club web site as it starts its third year. The site aims to provide members and anyone with an interest in the Club with information about the Club and the players. The site has developed over the last 2 years with new software, more memory and more information. Most of the improvements for 2012 are behind the scenes but there will be some new content. Peter Hogben, a founder member, has written chapter 2 of the Club’s history, there will be more information about player availability and a regular update on player’s personal statistics plus the usual match and event reports. I hope that you have enjoyed the winter reports about the Club’s exploits in the Indoor League and Cup competitions.
If anyone would like to either write any articles or provide photographs (I can scan prints), please send them to me. 2011 was a very successful season on the field for Westbourne and we look forward to building on that success in 2012.
